With over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry, Trudy's experience ranges from professional athlete and health club manager to certified personal trainer. Her training experience includes training beginners, serious athletes and everyone in between. Various goals are weight loss, muscle gain & toning, cardiovascular conditioning, endurance and agility. As a former athlete, I have experience training to overcome injuries and prevented injuries with exercise and nutrition. I believe that health and fitness IS a way of life!
